This unit is made up of two modular containers as well as an airlock, the isolated unit, not requiring heavy foundations and if necessary removable. The interiors are fully covered with HACCP standard pvc plates to guarantee rapid sanitization with basic means. All the openings are in PVC double glazing protected outside by grids sealed in the structure in order to avoid any intrusion. The interior doors are also made of pvc to facilitate cleaning. The floor is completely covered with a HACCP-approved U3-U4 PVC surface.

The external dimensions are 7 ml by 9 ml x 2.60 ml high.

Electricity is to European standards with micro circuit breakers and all lighting is low consumption by SMD LED.
