Mobile dentist module on CODER semi-trailer
This unit is made up of a modular, insulated container, which does not require heavy foundations and can be dismantled if necessary. The interiors are fully covered with HACCP standard pvc plates to guarantee rapid sanitization with basic means. All the openings are in PVC double glazing protected outside by grids sealed in the structure in order to avoid any intrusion. The front door is shielded with a three-point lock and pommel reinforcements. The interior doors are also made of pvc to facilitate cleaning. The floor is completely covered with a HACCP approved U3-U4 PVC surface.
The external dimensions are 2.5 ml by 12 ml x 2.60 ml high.
Electricity is to European standards with micro circuit breakers and all lighting is low consumption by LED SMD.
This module is fully equipped with professional equipment. It was designed in collaboration with the French company CODER. The dentist module is placed on a two- or three-axle blade suspension semi-trailer, equipped with a generator, water reserves and waste water tanks. It makes it possible to go to treat populations which far from any dental center, suffer from a cruel lack of care.
